Who provides your care

Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Kalpa Vitality assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Kalpa Vitality provides the website and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.

The provider's name, credential and licence are given in your care materials and can be requested by emailing support@kalpavitality.com before treatment begins.

What we do not promise
